At Living It Up Salon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home salon equipment. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply for non-defective items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
